What we collect on this website

• Demo requests. If you submit the demo form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, company size, role, and any notes you include.
• Aggregate analytics. We use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records routine technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request and talk with you about the platform. That's it.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

Where it lives

Demo requests are stored in our form backend (a managed database) and delivered to our team by email. Both are access-controlled and limited to the people who need to reply to you.

Scope

This policy covers this marketing website. The Leadership Intelligence platform itself — where customer workforce data lives — is governed by separate agreements with customers, with substantially stricter commitments (including aggregate-only team signals and no use of customer data to train foundation models).

This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 16.
